Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA)

The federal Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) becomes effective April 1, 2020, and requires employers with less than 500 employees to provide their employees with paid sick leave and expanded family and medical leave for specified reasons related to COVID-19. These provisions will apply from April 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020.  Click here for more information.

Coronavirus Aid, Relief, And Economic Security (CARES) Act

The Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act was signed into law enacting various economic provisions including a loan program for small businesses with fewer than 500 employees as well as tax relief for individuals and businesses.  Click here for more information.
