NCADA AutoPAC
Your voice. Your influence. Your industry.
What is the NCADA AutoPAC?

The retail automotive industry is changing faster than ever—and so is the political landscape that affects how dealerships do business. Fromnew technologies and environmental standards to workforce challenges and economic pressures, the decisions made in Raleigh have a direct impact on your dealership’s success, but on the experience and protection provided to North Carolina consumers.
At the center of that conversation in the franchise system—the model that ensures competition, transparency, local accountability, and consumer choice. North Carolina's franchised dealers live and work in the communities they serve, standing behind the vehicles they sell with trusted service, warranty support, and long-term relationships. Simply put, the franchise system delivers the best outcomes for North Carolina consumers.
That’s where the NCADA AutoPAC comes in. Formed in 1992, the AutoPAC serves as the collective, nonpartisan voice of North Carolina’s franchised dealers—advocating for policies that protect both our industry and the consumers who rely on it.
The AutoPAC supports pro-business, pro-dealer candidates—regardless of political affiliation—who understand the importance of a strong franchise system and the vital role dealerships play in local economies, workforce development, and consumer protection.
To maintain a healthy, competitive, and consumer-focused marketplace, we need participation from every member of the North Carolina Automobile Dealers Association. Whether you’re a dealer principal, general manager, service director, salesperson, or one of our valued association partners, your contribution helps protect our industry, preserve the franchise system, and ensure the voices of North Carolina Dealers—and the customers we serve—continue to be heard loud and clear.
