House Resolution Filed to Honor Jim Lowry
H.B. 2080 - Honor Jimmy Reese Lowry was introduced in the North Carolina House of Representatives on Tuesday, June 29. The bill is a resolution honoring the life and memory of former NCADA member and Lifetime Achievement Award recipient Jim Lowry. Jim passed away on June 13, 2010, and the resolution expresses the State of North Carolina’s appreciation for his service to the State. A copy of the resolution is available below.
